We provide a range of engineering grade PE in various thicknesses and colours. In addition to virgin materials we also provide cost effective regen grades for all HMWPE500 and UHMWPE1000 materials.

Standard sheet sizes include 2000×1000, 3000×1000 & 3000×1250, we can also provide custom sheet sizes on request for larger volume orders. We can also provide a range of stock and planed thicknesses .

Precision Profiling

Using the latest manufacturing techniques, industry leading software and experienced engineers, Speedflex provide a full plastic machining service which includes 3, 4 & 5 axis profiling, milling, turning & drilling services.

Using the same process we use daily in production of our own products, we are able to provide precision parts to your exact requirements. Bulk volume or one off products, we have a solution.
